How long have you been DJing weddings?

I've been a wedding DJ for 8 years now, doing over 200 events in my career. I started out my DJ career with one of the top-rated companies in the state. I just decided recently that it was time to take a leap of Faith and start something for myself, while delivering the same amazing experience. I started my own company at the beginning of 2026.

Can we watch you perform before our wedding?

That’s a great question. My primary focus is weddings, so most of my performances are private events rather than public shows. Weddings are highly customized to each couple, so every event is designed specifically around their style, timeline, and the kind of atmosphere they want to create for their guests.

Because of that, I typically don’t have public performances to attend like a club DJ might. What I can share are videos from past weddings, client reviews, and examples of dance floor moments so you can get a feel for my style, energy, and how I keep a reception flowing smoothly.

Have you ever worked at our venue before?

I've worked at so many venues in the North Georgia area and beyond. Ask me your specific venue to know! I always love trying new places and have a few favorites as well!

Can you send us a list of reviews from your other clients?

I would gladly share ALL of my reviews from all of my past clients. My newest ones since starting my business can also be found on my Google page!

Will you be the DJ at our wedding?

Yes, I will be the one personally DJing your wedding!

What makes you different from other wedding DJs?

There are MANY DJ's in the North Georgia area, so that is a great question. Most every DJ would say the same exact things that make them different, like "personalized, experienced, high energy, etc." For me personally, I believe what separates me from the rest is delivering a top tier experience at a budget friendly price. I have top of the line equipment while charging less than the competitors. Plus, with me, you are getting one individual who truly cares about your day and strives to deliver a perfect experience. Also, I’ve been in your shoes.  I’m recently married myself, so I understand how important it is to have vendors you can trust. I focus on making the entire process easy and stress free while creating a reception that truly feels like you. From personalized music planning to reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor full, everything is built around your vision. You get a premium experience, a packed dance floor, and someone who genuinely cares about your day; without overpaying for it.

What's your performance style?

I would say adaptable. Each client is different and has their own unique taste, vision, and ideas. No matter what it may be, I make sure to deliver the best experience.

What type of music do you specialize in?

I wouldn't consider myself to have a specific genre of specialization. I spend a lot of time prior to the wedding date to ensure I am prepared in each client's preferences, no matter what the genre.

What are your favorite wedding songs to play?

That primarily depends on the couples preferences. I provide an extensive wedding packet to get all the details and discuss it with each couple. Typically, towards the beginning of my sets are family friendly, older, and fun dancing songs that everyone knows. Then, I usually build up towards 2000s-2010s hip hop. I read the room and understand the crowd to keep the dance floor packed all night, building up the energy throughout the whole evening. I like to end on a high note. Again though, everyone is different and it is completely based on the type of music YOU like and want played. It's about your favorites, not mine!

Can we give you a list of must-hear and do-not-play songs?

Of course! All of this info and much more is included in the wedding packet I provide to ensure you are in control and your day runs seamlessly. 

Will you take song requests from guests during the event?

That is completely up to you! That is one of my questions in my packet. If you do allow requests to be made, I will try to work them in if I feel it will work well with your crowd, and when it feels most appropriate. Sometimes, not all requests are good ones!

Can you help us create a wedding playlist?

I would be glad to help you create a playlist based on your preferences. You may also provide me with a Spotify, Apple Music link, or just tell me what genres you like! Booking with me, you also get unlimited consultations; so I'm here for you to help out in any way I can.

Will you also act as an emcee?

Yes! Every wedding/event includes professional MC services. I’ll guide your reception by making clear, well-timed announcements, introducing key moments like your grand entrance, toasts, and dances, and keeping everything flowing smoothly. My style is polished and engaging without being over-the-top, so the focus always stays on you and your guests. 

Does your contract include an overtime clause?

Yes, overtime is available for an additional fee of $200 per hour.

Does your rate include setup and breakdown services?

Yes, setup and breakdown are included in my pricing, but not included in your hours! My packages are for 6 hour of CONTINUOUS coverage. This is from the time your ceremony begins until your send-off occurs. I don't count the setup, breakdown, or pre-ceremony hours!

Does your package include lighting?

My package includes dance floor lighting, which includes lights and lasers that go with music. Pictures and videos can be viewed on my gallery tab. I also offer additional uplighting, which is one of the easiest ways to completely elevate the look and feel of your wedding reception. Strategically placed around the room, these wireless lights wash your venue in beautiful color, adding warmth, elegance, and energy that ties your entire space together. Whether you want a soft romantic glow for dinner, colors that perfectly match your wedding palette, or vibrant lighting that shifts the room into full party mode when the dance floor opens, uplighting creates a dramatic visual impact your guests will notice the moment they walk in. It’s more than just lighting; it sets the mood, enhances your décor, makes photos pop, and gives your reception that polished, high-end wedding look.

What's your cancellation policy?

• Retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances (secures your date exclusively).

• If Client cancels 91+ days before event → No further payment owed.

• If Client cancels 90 days or less → 100% of total contract is due immediately.

• Postponement due to weather, venue issues, or acts of God: We will work with you to move to an available mutually agreed date within 12 months at no extra charge (retainer transfers). If no date is available, retainer is forfeited but no further payment is owed.

What time will you arrive at the venue?

I arrive at the venue 2 hours prior to ceremony start time. This gives me more than enough time to set up and have pre-ceremony music started 30 minutes prior to your ceremony. 

What is the deposit, and when is it due?

The deposit is 25% of the total cost, and it is due immediately to secure your date on my calendar. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. I accept the following payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, Check, Cash, Credit Card (+3.5% fee)

Do you provide wireless mics for the ceremony and reception?

Yes! I provide a lapel for the officiant for the ceremony, and have 2 wireless microphones for the reception, speeches, and any other needs. I also have mic stands if needed.

What will you wear to our wedding?

I come professionaly dressed every time. You can catch me in black dress pants, a white shirt, a black vest, and a black tie. 

Are you insured?

Yes! My company carries $2,000,000 general liability insurance and can add any venue as additionally insured at no charge upon request. DJ is not responsible for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or acts of God.
